The five suspects arrested for allegedly using a well-known facial cream trade mark illegally and infringing the rights of the trade mark rights of a facial cream manufacturer, were produced in the Colombo Chief Magistrate's Court by the CID yesterday.
Colombo Chief Magistrate Gihan Pilapitiya issued an arrest warrant on one suspect who was not present in Court yesterday while the other suspects were released on bail.
